Important Notice: Changes to Medicare Telehealth Services
Effective Date: 1st September 2023
Dear Medical Professionals and Patients,
Please be advised that as of 1st September 2023, changes to Medicare Telehealth services have been implemented. Normal clinic fees will now apply for all telehealth video and phone consultations.
Additionally, please note that ALL referrals must be received for triaging prior to an appointment being offered. Kindly email referrals to reception@northlakesendocrinology.com.au.
You will receive a text message to phone the practice once your referral has been triaged. Please be aware that this practice is unable to contact all patients upon receipt of a referral.
